Dear DSUK Members, Friends, and Families,
Subject: Reminder – DSUK General Convention & Support for 25th BSGC-Dharan, Nepal
Firstly, as you are aware, we have been collecting voluntary donations to support the 25th Buddha Subba Gold Cup, which took place in February 2025.
While the initial deadline for contributions was set for the end of February, due to recent developments, the DSUK Executive Committee Meeting, held via Zoom on 14th February 2025, has decided to bring the deadline forward to this week.
Therefore, we kindly request all members who have pledged donations to ensure that payments are made to the designated DSUK account by the end of this week.
The DSUK Treasurer and President will authorize the total collected amount to be handed over to Dharan Football Club on Monday, 24th February 2025.
Secondly, we would like to remind you of the upcoming DSUK General Convention, scheduled as follows:
📅 Date: Saturday, 15th March 2025
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM onwards
📍 Venue: The Palace Restaurant, 35 Station Rd, Aldershot, GU11 1BA
For those driving to the venue, we recommend parking at:
🚗 Aldershot High Street Multi-Storey Car Park (Wellington Avenue, Aldershot, GU11 1SD)
🅿️ Suggested Levels: 2, 3 & 4
💰 Full-day charge: £4.30
🚶 Walking distance: 3-5 minutes from the venue
