11th Budha Subba Gold Cup 2024:
DHARAN SAMAJ UK (DSUK)
Dear Executive Committee Members and Respected Advisors,
Ref: DSUK Budha Subba Gold Cup final confirmation – Saturday, 29 June 2024.
The President and Sports Secretary Team know about the problem we faced with our first date for DSUK BSGC, which we originally agreed on for Saturday, 22 June 2024. But because of a mistake in their booking system, we had to settle on a final date for DSUK BSGC on Saturday, 29 June 2024 at the same place, Canford Community College.
They have also paid back around £110-£132 (TBC) and the money will return to the DSUK Account.
Hence, with the approval of the President and Committee, I would like to announce that the new date for DSUK BSGC is Saturday 29 June 2024, instead of the original date of 22 June 2024.
In addition, we will announce later the official deadline for collecting the support for Dharan Budha Subba Gold Cup, which is February 29th, 2024.

Charity Event 2024: To be confirmed at the next quarterly meeting (27 January 2023 at Swindon) and Senior
Member (Advisor) Chhatra Rai will liaise with the Committee for further planning and date. AGM also
consensually agreed that the Chairty Event from now onwards hosted by the DSUK will for the DSUK
fundraising purposes as the DSUK has been financially supporting many projects in the UK and in Dharan,
Nepal by raising money on voluntarily contribution basis from their members.
